Shipping Information

1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.

2. How much does shipping cost in Australia?

  • All Orders : free standard shipping (2–5 business days)

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days
    Note: Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

4. Is tracking available?
Yes, tracking is included with every order.


Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

6. How do I initiate a return?

  • Email us at customerservice@eucanglam.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Pack the item securely and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

7. When will I get my refund?
Once the return is approved, refunds are issued within 1 business day to your original payment method.

8. What items are non-refundable?

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift items

9. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please email customerservice@eucanglam.com with details and photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.

10. Can I exchange an item?
We suggest returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
