Shipping Information
1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Australia.
2. How much does shipping cost in Australia?

All Orders : free standard shipping (2–5 business days)
3. How long does shipping take?

Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)

Transit Time: 2–5 business days
Note: Orders placed after 5 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.
4. Is tracking available?
Yes, tracking is included with every order.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
6. How do I initiate a return?

Email us at customerservice@eucanglam.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
7. When will I get my refund?
Once the return is approved, refunds are issued within 1 business day to your original payment method.

9. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please email customerservice@eucanglam.com with details and photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
10. Can I exchange an item?
We suggest returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
